Orders

Orders are placed by messaging us (WhatsApp, Instagram, or email). An order is confirmed once we have agreed the piece, size, price, delivery details, and payment method with you. Prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).

Pricing & availability

We take care to display accurate prices and stock, but errors can occur. Where a genuine error is found, we may cancel and refund the affected order.

Payment

In Bahrain, payment is by Cash on Delivery or Benefit. In other GCC countries, payment is arranged with you personally when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery across the GCC takes 1–2 weeks. Delays may occur due to geopolitical situations in the region. See Shipping & Delivery.

All sales final

Returns and exchanges are not offered. Please confirm your size and order details with us before completing a purchase.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Complete with jurisdiction-specific clauses.
